PERSONAL IN HOME CARE (IHS)

In-Home Services (IHS) are designed to meet the unmet needs of individuals, allowing them to remain safely in the least restrictive environment. These services include personal care, nursing, housekeeping, respite care, and adult day care.

At Royal Touch, we match each client with a dedicated caregiver to carry out the tasks outlined in their personalized care plan. Services may include both unlicensed aides and licensed healthcare professionals, depending on the level of care required.

This program is fully funded by MO HealthNet (Medicaid), making it accessible at no cost to eligible participants.

CONSUMER DIRECTED
SERVICES (CDS)

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) are similar to in-home services but are specifically designed for individuals with physical disabilities. Unlike traditional in-home care, CDS does not include tasks performed by licensed medical professionals.

Participants in the CDS program must be capable of directing their own care, including hiring and managing their personal attendant. Services typically include assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, light cleaning, and meal preparation etc.

One of the key benefits of CDS is the flexibility to choose your caregiver — including a close relative, as long as they are not your spouse.

This is a Medicaid-approved program, fully funded through MO HealthNet.

VETERANS (VET ASSIST)

Veteran Home Care Services through programs like Vet Assist help eligible veterans remain safe and independent at home by providing support with daily activities. Services may include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, respite, and adult day services.

At Royal Touch, we proudly serve those who’ve served us by matching each veteran with a trusted caregiver based on their personalized care plan approved by Vet Assist. Depending on the level of need, care may be provided by unlicensed aides or licensed healthcare professionals.

PRIVATE PAY HEALTHCARE

Private Duty Care is a personalized service designed to support individuals who need help with daily living activities. Caregivers assist with tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

Please note: Private duty care is not covered by MEDICAID and is typically paid for out-of-pocket by the client. IF you are considering this service, please note that there is a 3-hour minimum requirement per visit.

HEALTHY CHILDREN
& YOUTH (HCY)

This program is open to Missouri children and youth (birth through age 21) who are eligible for MO HealthNet (formerly Medicaid) and have a need for medically necessary services provided by approved MO HealthNet providers.

To qualify, participants must:

Live in the state of Missouri
Be between the ages of birth and 21
Be enrolled in MO HealthNet
Have a medical need for the services requested

ADULT DAY SERVICES

At RTADC, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment where older adults and individuals with disabilities can thrive. We proudly serve members of our community, including those receiving Medicaid-covered health services. Each day is filled with stimulating activities, personalized attention, and nursing supervision all in a safe, comfortable setting that promotes overall well-being.

Participants get nutritional snacks and meals while attending: Breakfast/Lunch

and 2 snacks.

Participation in our program is completely free for Medicaid recipients through

the Long-Term Care, HCBS program as well but may receive services private as

well.

We can certify you in house to pass medication in as little as one week of training.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES

Royal touch works hand and hand with lots of community partners that helps with providing resources to our seniors and staff like: Housing, food, tax preparation and primacy care physician.

We believe food is medicine, Royal Touch provides complimentary fresh fruit and veggies to every client and staff member, making nutrition a core part of our care.
